Common Questions.

Why isn't there a build fee?
Because most owners won't pay $5K upfront for a website they haven't seen. We'd rather build it free, show you it works, and earn the monthly fee than chase a one-time check. If we don't hit it for you, you walk — no charge.
Is there a contract minimum?
No long contract — month-to-month from day one, cancel any time. The only fine print: if you cancel before Month 6 on Standard or Month 4 on Pro, there's a Build Recovery Fee ($300 Standard / $500 Pro) since the build itself is free upfront. After that window, no fee, cancel any time. Full terms at millerwebstudio.com/agreement/.
Do I own my domain and content?
Yes. The domain is registered in our account during the build for speed, but it's transferred to you any time you ask — written into the contract. The website content, photos, and copy are yours.
Can I upgrade from Standard to Pro later?
Yes — any time. Most owners start on Standard, see the leads come in from the AI chat, then upgrade to Pro to add the CRM, SMS lead capture, review funnel automation, and list reactivation after their first month. Pricing prorates, no penalty.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The monthly is the monthly. Everything in your plan is included: your website, custom logo, hosting, updates, support, and the whole system. The only optional extra is the AI Receptionist, and its price is right on this page ($250/month on its own, $200/month with a plan). You only pay it if you take it.
