These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of millerwebstudio.com, the Miller Web Studio software platform accessible at app.millerwebstudio.com ("Platform"), and the services provided by Miller Web Studio LLC ("Miller Web Studio," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, accessing the Platform, requesting a demo, or enrolling in our SMS messaging program, you agree to these Terms.
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site, interfere with its operation, or use it to harass others. All content on the site — including copy, design, code, and images — is owned by Miller Web Studio LLC unless otherwise indicated, and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
Miller Web Studio designs, builds, and maintains the full online lead system for contractors — custom websites, AI chat, SMS lead capture and review automation, Google Business Profile setup, and SEO + AEO services. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any project are agreed in writing (proposal or contract) before work begins. The content of this website is general marketing information and does not by itself create a contract.
When you request a free demo, you agree that we may build a sample website preview for your business based on the information you provide, and contact you with that demo. Requesting a demo does not obligate you to purchase any service.
Miller Web Studio LLC offers a hosted software platform ("Platform") to clients enrolled in the Pro service tier. The Platform is accessible at app.millerwebstudio.com and provides CRM, conversations, automations, calendar booking, pipelines, and related features. The following terms apply to all access to and use of the Platform.
Subject to your payment of subscription fees and compliance with these Terms, Miller Web Studio LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your business operations. You may not: (a) resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Platform without written authorization; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform; (c) use the Platform to send unsolicited communications, spam, or content that violates any applicable law (including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA); (d) upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or content infringing on third-party rights; or (e) use the Platform in any way that disrupts service for other users.
The Platform is built on top of HighLevel, Inc.'s LeadConnector infrastructure and uses additional sub-processors (including but not limited to Twilio, Mailgun, Anthropic, Vercel, Stripe, and Hostinger) to deliver functionality. Your use of the Platform is also subject to the applicable terms and policies of these underlying providers. Miller Web Studio LLC engages these providers as part of providing the service to you and is not responsible for outages, defects, or limitations originating from underlying third-party systems beyond our reasonable control.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Platform but do not guarantee any specific uptime, performance level, or error-free operation. Maintenance windows, third-party outages, and unforeseen events may temporarily affect availability. Direct support is provided to active subscribers via the contact methods listed on the Platform and in your service agreement. Standard response time targets are described in your service agreement.
You retain full ownership of all data you upload to or generate within the Platform — including contact lists, conversations, customer records, and content. By using the Platform, you grant Miller Web Studio LLC a limited license to host, process, transmit, and back up that data solely as needed to deliver the service. We do not sell your data, share it for marketing purposes, or use it to train AI models outside of the immediate operation of the Platform.
If you upload contacts or send communications through the Platform, you represent that you have obtained all required consents (including SMS opt-in consent under TCPA where applicable) from the individuals involved. You are the data controller for your own customer records; Miller Web Studio LLC acts as your data processor.
Platform access is provided on a recurring monthly subscription basis. Subscription fees are billed in advance via the payment method on file. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled in accordance with the cancellation terms in your service agreement. Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of Platform access until resolved.
Miller Web Studio LLC may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you breach these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees within 14 days of a missed payment, use the Platform in a manner that violates applicable law, or engage in activity that risks harm to other users or the Platform's integrity. You may cancel your subscription at any time as provided in your service agreement.
Upon cancellation or termination, you may request export of your contacts and conversation data within 30 days. After 30 days, Miller Web Studio LLC may delete your active Platform data, though backup copies may be retained for up to 90 days for disaster recovery before being permanently deleted.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Miller Web Studio LLC from any third-party claims, damages, or costs arising from: your misuse of the Platform; your violation of any applicable law or regulation (including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or CCPA); content you upload or transmit through the Platform; or your customer records and the consents (or lack thereof) attached to them.
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Miller Web Studio LLC by:
By providing your phone number through any of these channels, you consent to receive text messages from Miller Web Studio LLC about your demo request, project, or service.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send you a single confirmation message and will not send any additional messages unless you opt back in.

Carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Sprint) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
The Miller Web Studio LLC SMS messaging program is available only to U.S. residents 18 years of age or older. By opting in to receive text messages, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly send text messages to anyone under 18. If you believe we have sent SMS to a minor, please contact us at millerdigitalstudio@gmail.com immediately and we will remove the number from our system.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle the information you share with us.
If you become a paying client of Miller Web Studio, all pricing, deposits, scope, milestones, and refund terms will be set out in your project proposal or contract. Those project documents control any conflict with these general Terms.
This website and the information on it are provided "as is." We make reasonable efforts to keep the site accurate and operational, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Miller Web Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use of this website. Our liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any, in the past 12 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the most recent update. Continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
